Emma McKenzie is an artist based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. She is currently working as a 2D Designer at Atomic Cartoons and as a Freelance Children's Illustrator.

Emma enjoys creating expressive and colourful characters, backgrounds, props, and vibrant illustrations that bring stories to life. 

​

She has achieved a BFA from the University of British Columbia in Visual Arts and a diploma with honours from Vancouver Film School's Animation Concept Art Program. She also has a strong sense of story and design, as well as exceptional colour fundamentals and technical drawing skills.

​

Her free time is spent with her Golden Doodle, Sydney Bear, and her cat, Moo, who accompany her on adventures on the family farm and Canadian wilderness.
